not the best video, but i couldn't resist joining the pile. rose and amalka the pigs are amazingly gentle with the puppies and i think it shows in how much the pups trust them.

I have been getting a lot of questions about summer camps for 2024. We are planning to have 3 camps next summer. I was informed that the webhost is going out of business, and that I need to clone my website, and then switch to a new server. This is not so simple for me, so I have not been updating the website until I am sure it isn't wasted time. If anyone wants to register now, the cost is 8000kc, and a 50 percent deposit will be needed. Email [email protected].
The planned dates for the camps will be 7*13 July, 21-27 July, and 4-10 august. If you have questions you can also call 606 050 340. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resolve the website issues quickly.

so after several failed breedings over the last year, we finally had success. Willow delivered puppies on 6, december. I didn't realize that she was actually pregnant as she didn't show any signs, no noticeable weight gain, she ate dinner before delivering. I was convinced that she wasn't pregnant, and in fact she was working this past weekend. I discovered the pups shortly before dark, so couldn't really see much. It appears that there are 5, but not completely sure. They all appeared to be nursing and looked ok.

Somehow, someway, we are making it work. Hard rain again, power out in the entire village. Adjust, adapt and overcome. Finally some sun in the late afternoon.

I haven't added much commentary to photos. But this camp has been the worst possible weather. The kids have been great. Smiling, playing games, and enjoying each other. Somehow, it has been a great bonding experience and hopefully we can get back to a more normal program now.

Our first summer camp starts in a few hours. The kids should start arriving in the early afternoon. Some returning from previous years, some new. It will be a slightly different format, and new lodging, so I am looking forward to see how all the plans play out. One thing for sure, the kids will make it fun. Let the good times roll. Now it is time for me to go shopping, do morning chores, get a ton of gear to the farm, and some where get a shower and change clothes before they arrive. My camp starts a lot sooner than theirs

In the photo left to right, Emma, Veronika and I. The girls had their 9th grade graduation ceremony last night. I've known Emma since she was 6. She's come to my camps, I'm friends with her parents, I'm one of her English teachers for the last 4 years, and she is always here with the dogs. So proud!

there are now two kune kune piglets here. both are girls. calypsa has officially adopted them as her new puppies which is really cute. So, they have no names. If you would like to offer suggestions I would appreciate it. Two rules, no czech names from the name day calendar, and no food related names like bacon or ham. Something cute and girly that I probably wouldnt name a dog. these two will eventually be moms and staying here permanently for the next 8 to 10 years.

A brief update both good news and bad. A lot happening here. Two litters of baby rabbits were born on may 2nd and doing well. A broody duck is now sitting on 10 goose eggs so we shall see about that. 23 fertile turkey eggs are in the incubator, and two turkey hens are sitting on 16 more turkey eggs in total. really hoping for a lot of little birds running around.
now the bad. Fable was supposed to have puppies and didnt get pregnant. The worse is that Ares passed away last saturday. It is just old age. He is beside robbin, cruiser and thor now and that makes me happy.
