Supporting Ukrainian Clients: Latest Updates on Lex Ukraine 7🇺🇦

I am currently handling the repeated extension of temporary protection for our client from Ukraine, as well as new applications for temporary protection for her husband and child. Finally, they can all live together in the Czech Republic.🏠

Did you know that adaptation-integration courses are mandatory for certain third-country nationals with long-term or permanent residence permits? You must complete the course within one year of receiving your residence permit.

💡 Key Points:
• Failing to complete the course on time can result in fines up to 10,000 CZK—and you’ll still need to take the course.
• The course lasts 4 hours and costs 1,500 CZK.
• Exemptions apply to some categories (e.g., students, EU citizens).
