Náš dům byl postaven již roku 1906 v oblíbeném novo-renesančním stylu a nachází se v klidnější části centra Prahy. Umístění na břehu řeky Vltavy skýtá krásný výhled na Karlův most, Tančící dům, Národní divadlo nebo třeba Vyšehrad. Moderní, světlé a prostorné apartmány nabízí dobře vybavenou kuchyň, obývací pokoj a ložnici. Design apartmánů v sobě snoubí restaurované prvky v podobě unikátních pseud

V bezprostřední blízkosti se nachází nejen příjemný park ale i celosvětově známý Tančící dům. Okolí nabízí celou řadu restaurací a kaváren. Nejbližší tramvajová zastávka na Arbesově náměstí je vzdálena 450 metrů a stanice metra Anděl 700 metrů. Our Apartment House was built in 1906 in pseudo-renaissance style and it is situated in a calmer part of the city center of Prague. The location on the Vltava river bank offers stunning view of many important sights as the Charles Bridge, Dancing House, the National Theatre of Vyšehrad. Modern, bright and spacious apartments have well-equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom. Design of the apartments combines historic elements as pseudo-renaissance stucco with modern furnishings. The hall is decorated in Art Noveau style. The apartment house has 26 beautiful apartments and many of them have also balcony or terrace. There is a pleasant park with a playground and the famous Dancing House is less than 2 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurant and caffés in the neighborhood. The nearest tram stop (Arbesovo náměstí) is 450m from our house and the underground station Anděl is situated only 700m from the building.

Main Train Station / Praha Hlavní nádraží:From the Main Train Station take the tram Nr. 9 to Arbesovo náměstí (15 minutes). From Arbesovo náměstí it is just 5 minutes walking to Holiday Apartments.Main Bus Station Florenc:From the Main Bus Station you can take the underground line B (yellow line) to station Anděl (4 stops). Then you need to change to tram Nr. 6, 9, 12, 20 to stop Arbesovo náměstí. From Arbesovo náměstí it is just 5 minutes walking to Holiday Transfer from the AirportFrom the Airport you can take bus Nr. 119 to stop Nádraží Veleslavín. Then you need to change to tram Nr. 20 to stop Arbesovo náměstí.
