In July, we had a pleasure to host around 300 good folks from State Farm USA, run a three special tours (in small groups) - "Prague Like A Local" with extra hidden gems, "Old Town & Hollywood" full day tour with focus on films that were set here, and "Prague Beer Tour" with different Czech brands. Big thanks to One Event Czech Republic for a partnership - hope to work on more company events in future! 🤗

Semana passada uma ótima festa de aniversário nessa ruazinha puro romantismo !!!

Milovnice Prahy poslala na mail [email protected] tuto překrásnou fotografii Míšenské ulice. Snímek doplnila textem : Uličky Malé Strany. Malé jménem, ale velké srdcem.To ona má otevřené pro každého člověka dobrého.💖 Děly se tu věci veselé, smutné, ale i nevídané, jak popisuje Jan Neruda v jedné ze svých 13 povídek Malostranských.😊 To tenkrát kolem roku 1850 byla Malá Strana vlídné městečko ve velkém městě pražském, kde se každý znal, na ulici se zastavil a mile sousedsky poklábosil. Ale našly se i drbny, které tu uši stražily, aby pak štiplavým jazykem pomluvy roznášely. A pak tu žila vdova po hostinském Rusovi.🍻 Nic pořádného na práci neměla, ale kdyby jste se snad chtěli zeptat, jakou největší zálibu měla …na všechny malostranské pohřby chodila.🕯️ A že o ně tenkrát nouze nebyla. Kapesník tu nad rakví nebožtíka slzami promáčela, štkala a plakala, i když třeba ani dotyčného pořádně neznala. No a pak se ochomýtla tu kolem vdovy, tu kolem dětí zesnulého a sypala ze sebe jednu nehezkou pomluvu za druhou. Hosté pak odcházeli div ne na smrt rozhádaní.⚡ Nejinak tomu bylo i na pohřbu bohatého kupce pana Velše.✨Tady si vyhlídla truchlící paní, které mezi vzlyky do ucha trousila, že pan Velš žádný svatoušek nebyl a jeho nebožka paní jaká to byla protivná žena. Z pohřbu ji za flígr vyvedli a na druhý den se musela na četnictví dostavit, kde jí bylo ouředně zakázáno na pohřby chodit. I vyzrála nad tím zákazem a přestěhovala se hned vedle brány na Újezd, kudy musely nutně všechny smuteční průvody projít. Vždy celá v černém pak byla před domem nachystaná a tam srdceryvně štkala a dál ponoukala smuteční hosty. 🙂

V roce 1984 byla povídka O měkkém srdci paní Rusky zfilmovaná a úplně rozkošně ji tu zahrála Květa Fialová.
