Pole Ballet has now moved to Berlin. Classes will take place at Le Chat Noir Berlin (www.lechatnoirb Pole Ballet is suitable for everyone.

Pole Ballet fuses the beauty and grace of ballet with the energy, impact and fun of acrobatic pole. Spins, climbs, holds and inversions are combined with ballet inspired linking moves. As well as being great fun, Pole Ballet is a great workout: it tones the whole body, increases aerobic and anaerobic fitness, and improves posture and flexibility. All fitness levels and levels of experience are catered for.
