🌟 Happy International Volunteer Day! 🌟

Today, we celebrate the benevolent spirit of our volunteers who dedicate their time and knowledge to making territorial cooperation more accessible and close to everyone. As President Jean-Claude Juncker said, in 2016: “I'm convinced that much more solidarity is needed. But I also know that solidarity must be voluntary. It must come from the heart. It cannot be forced. It cannot be imposed.” Your dedication and passion embody this spirit of solidarity that is so valuable in our times.

This Volunteer Day is extra special as we honour the 1000 amazing volunteers who have been part of our IVY initiative. Each of you has contributed to this remarkable milestone, taking place in events, talking about the projects, suggesting communication strategies, creating your own CEA, etc... Our team is deeply grateful.

#𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐈𝐕𝐘
💪Depuis 2017, le programme ALCOTRA a accueilli 16 volontaires à travers l’initiative Interreg Volunteer Youth - IVY, qui célèbre bientôt son 1000e volontaire ! Un accomplissement qui témoigne l'engagement collectif pour la promotion de la coopération transfrontalière.
👌Cette année, avec le soutien de nos volontaires Giorgia et Olivia, ALCOTRA a pu mener une consultation en ligne impliquant la participation des citoyens, afin d’imaginer ensemble l’avenir de la coopération transfrontalière entre la France et l’Italie.
💡À travers plusieurs ateliers, des idées innovantes ont été récolté pour la préparation de la future programmation post-2027, renforçant ainsi l'impact de ALCOTRA.
🤩Nous tenons à remercier les près de 1000 volontaires IVY qui, parmi lesquels plusieurs partenaires de projets Interreg accueillis par les bénéficiaires ALCOTRA, par leur passion et leur engagement, contribuent à une coopération transfrontalière plus durable, inclusive et solidaire.
🎉Nous sommes ravis de célébrer l’impact de cette belle initiative !

💪Dal 2017, il programma ALCOTRA ha accolto 16 volontari attraverso l'iniziativa Interreg Volunteer Youth - IVY, che presto celebrerà il suo 1000° volontario! Un traguardo che testimonia l’impegno collettivo per la promozione della cooperazione transfrontaliera.

🤩Vogliamo ringraziare i quasi 1000 volontari IVY tra cui ci sono diversi Interreg Project Partners accolti dai beneficiari ALCOTRA che, con la loro passione e impegno, contribuiscono a una cooperazione transfrontaliera più sostenibile, inclusiva e solidale.
