At the beginning of the week, it was workshop time for our international team! 🛠️ Our colleagues Verena Eschle, Manuela Kemter, Andreas Hofmann and our newest team member Ines Fuhlmann came together for an intensive values workshop to further strengthen the synergies within our international team. It was an inspiring and insightful experience that showed how important it is to have a mutual understanding of individual values, which play a key role in shaping how we work together and collaborate.🤝

During the workshop, we worked together to define the team values that guide us in all areas of our work and our customer relationships. It became clear how each individual makes a valuable contribution to the stability of the entire team. 🌟
