What are main points that make your application look great for us at YAGER?
1. Custom CV for YAGER - great! But beware that overly "unique" with unusual formatting and images can be hard to interpret.
2. Cover letter always - one page is more than enough to tell us more on why we should hire you and what motivates you to join YAGER (don't make them a novel).
3. Be swift and quick! But don't do that at the expense of quality.

Last week, we had the privilege of hosting Allan Cudicio, who graciously shared his journey from Game Designer to CEO and owner of his own gaming company, highlighting the lessons and challenges he encountered along the way. With over a decade of experience in both large and smaller gaming companies, Allan, an Italo-Ghanaian game designer, embarked on his own venture.

Currently immersed in the development of his own game projects, Allan's expertise spans both gaming and entrepreneurial realms. His insights into fostering successful, diverse, and inclusive environments were invaluable.

Allan emphasized the importance of continuous improvement on the path toward creating a company where everyone feels a sense of belonging and significance.

We extend our gratitude to Allan for his wisdom and engaging discussion. We thoroughly enjoyed his talk and eagerly anticipate hearing more about his insights at GDC!

Our participated again in this year´s Berliner Firmenlauf with 872 other companies! 13 sporty Yagerians ran a distance of 5.5 kilometers to challenge themselves, to do something good for their body and soul or to just have fun!

As a company we´re always willing to support our Yagerians with (mental) benefits like gym memberships or the collaboration with Fürstenberg Institut GmbH which is why we´re especially happy that events like this take place in Berlin.

Huge shoutout to every Yagerian who participated - you all did an amazing job and showed us that makes the dream work! 👏

We had another YAGER Talk in which our Yagerians share their passion about a topic that they´re interested in! This time the talk was about how to learn an instrument as an adult. Daniel gave us an insight about his main motivation for starting to learn an instrument: Guitar Hero! He and his brothers spent hundreds of hours playing Guitar Hero as children & his favorite song was Misery Business from Paramore. He chose to learn e-drums and explained to us where to start with learning an instrument and how to set goals to integrate it into our adult life. 🎶
