Join the urban farming revolution by taking a peek behind the scenes of the visionaries of . 🔬✨ We had the huge pleasure to visit those living farms on our last tours with & and were blown away by such a forward-thinking eco-engineering idea💡🛠🌿 The growing concept not only eliminates the distance between farm and fork, but intenses natural flavor and each farm is able to create its own micro-ecosystem ♻️🔆 It’s all regulated through tech and the plants don’t need any soil - simply nourished by mineralized water.
