Liebe TUI Villas Community, wenn ihr euer Anliegen lieber telefonisch klären möchtet, so sind wir ab sofort von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 10 und 12 Uhr sowie zwischen 14 und 16 Uhr unter der Nummer +49211 668878800 für euch da.

👉 Aufgrund des immer noch sehr großen Anfragevolumens kann es zu Wartezeiten kommen.

❗️ Dear customers,

we know that the current situation is very difficult for you and your travel plans looked a little different some months ago. We are very sorry about that! Our top priority is to process your requests and cancellations as quickly as possible. You might ask yourself why we are hardly reachable by phone, why the response time to your emails is often extremely long and why you simply cannot reach us. Let us assure you, every single one of you is important to us! Our whole team is working hard to answer all your questions. 💪

Due to the Corona crisis and the travel restrictions (many countries have different regulations down to regional level) our automated processes could not continue and there was more and more work to be done. In order to make the processing more efficient and to be able to handle more emails per day, we decided to severely limit our telephone availability. In retrospect, we should have communicated this better to avoid frustration. Again we are very sorry.

But we are very much looking forward: Little by little, more and more countries are opening their borders and allowing to rent holiday homes. So we are finally allowed to not only make cancellations but also bookings again. 🙌 Many other departments provide additional support to our customer service. We do our best to meet every request. However, not all processes run smoothly yet - every single process must be checked manually and often requires consultation with partners or owners. So it is possible that your old booking is still being clarified, while a new booking can be handled without any problems.

Be assured that we will process every email and never forget any of you!

Here on Facebook we try to answer urgent questions directly or pass them on to our experts in the service department to help you as fast as possible (the fastest way is to send us a PN with your booking number directly).

If your request is not very urgent, you can help us a lot by waiting until we contact you.
