Achte auf folgendes:
1️⃣ Bleib leicht auf den Füßen, um schnell reagieren zu können und die richtige Position einzunehmen.
2️⃣ Timing ist alles – beobachte den Ball und deine*n Gegenüber gut, um im richtigen Moment zur Stelle zu sein.
3️⃣ Hände breit und fest über dem Netz platzieren

Hier sind vier Dinge, die beim oberen Zuspiel im Kopf behalten solltest:

1. Kleine, schnelle Schritte, um dich optimal für dein Zuspiel auszurichten.
2. Bleib stabil im Rumpf – die Basis für eine gute Armstreckung.
3. Spiele den Ball hoch genug, damit dein Partner alle Optionen hat.
4. Finger und Handgelenke locker, aber kontrolliert – das gibt dir die beste Ballkontrolle.

1. Small, quick steps to position yourself optimally for your set.
2. Stay stable in your core – the foundation for a good arm extension.
