In addition to residential and commercial buildings, our focus inclu

des the planning of hotels, commercial centres, office complexes and industrial facilities, leisure, educational and social facilities, as well as conversions and revitalisations of listed buildings. We have always provided a full range of architectural services up to and including general planning. Our internal services include model-building, graphic design and comprehensive 3D visualisation in a separate department. If required, we can also call upon an international network of competent engineers and specialist planners. Modern communication media, a clear structure of office management and a high level of commitment ensure the quality of our work every day. We face the changes of our time with curiosity. Through further training and innovative technology, we are always up to date. The façades of the mixed-use coe48 project with its strong relief and sculptural interplay of windows, green terraces and large window openings brings a new facet to the historically ensemble on this corner of Koepenicker Strasse. The seven-storey building blends into the lively, creative neighbourhood and creates a modern place to live or work in the heart of Berlin. It combines flexible office and residential spaces. The “office-areas” offer flexible room layouts: If required, these can also be converted into flats. The 19 rental flats are spread over seven full storeys with up to three flats per floor.

Five projects by TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten were honoured at the BUILT Design Awards 2024: The winner in the Healthcare and Wellness category is our Dresden project VILVIF - Senior residence Riviera in Berlin, Pears Jewish Campus Berlin received an Honourable Mention in the Cultural / Educational category, TechnoCampus Berlin was honoured in the Commercial category, our project at Rosenthaler Strasse 43-45 received an Honourable Mention in the Mixed-Use Building category, and the residential building at Griebnitzsee was honoured in the Residential category.
