A neon light installation by Berlin artist Anna Nezhnaya adorns the modern entrance area to the residential building of coe48 with its exposed concrete surfaces in contrast to the bright pink wall with the letterboxes opposite.

The façades of the mixed-use coe48 project with its strong relief and sculptural interplay of windows, green terraces and large window openings brings a new facet to the historically ensemble on this corner of Koepenicker Strasse. The seven-storey building blends into the lively, creative neighbourhood and creates a modern place to live or work in the heart of Berlin. It combines flexible office and residential spaces. The “office-areas” offer flexible room layouts: If required, these can also be converted into flats. The 19 rental flats are spread over seven full storeys with up to three flats per floor.

A lot of green! Both buildings of the new Berliner Sparkasse headquarters have spacious roof terraces with intensive greenery. The outdoor areas of the office campus create a variety of opportunities for work and recreation. The extensive green spaces act as connecting elements between the buildings and ensure harmony between nature and architecture.

Five projects by TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten were honoured at the BUILT Design Awards 2024: The winner in the Healthcare and Wellness category is our Dresden project VILVIF - Senior residence Riviera in Berlin, Pears Jewish Campus Berlin received an Honourable Mention in the Cultural / Educational category, TechnoCampus Berlin was honoured in the Commercial category, our project at Rosenthaler Strasse 43-45 received an Honourable Mention in the Mixed-Use Building category, and the residential building at Griebnitzsee was honoured in the Residential category.

‘The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design’ and ‘The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies’ awarded two of our projects The International Architecture Award 2024.

Winner in the category Multi-Family Housing is our Residential Building at Griebnitzsee. An Honourable Mention received the mixed-use complex 3 Hoefe in Berlin.

On Saturday, 27 April 2024 at 17:00, the exhibition „Peter Behrens in Berlin and Brandenburg“ will open in the Peter Behrens Building in Oberschoeneweide with a contribution from TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten. Under the title „Retrospective and Perspective“, the exhibition presents the results of students from the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences, original graphics and design objects by Peter Behrens, as well as designs and scenarios for the future development of the site.
