Diese Woche haben wir die unglaubliche Reise geteilt, die dieses Jahr nach Island unternommen hat. Daya () erlebte dort wunderschöne Landschaften und eine aufregende Kultur.

Wir haben einen sehr süßen und lustigen Funfact für euch: Viele Isländer glauben an Elfen! Mehr als 30 % der dortigen Bevölkerung werden die Existenz von Elfen nicht leugnen. Die isländische Folklore ist immer noch reich an Geschichten über die Huldufólk was „verborgene Menschen“ bedeutet, die angeblich in den Lavafeldern leben.

Die letzte Reise unserer Reiseexpertin Kathleen führte in die Natur Kanadas. Hier sind einige ihrer Höhepunkte ihrer erstaunlichen Reise!

“Es ist so schwer zu sagen, was ich am meisten geliebt habe, aber hier sind einige meiner Highlights während meiner Reise:
-Nova Scotia: Ich bin den Cabot Trail (Panoramastraße) im Winter fast ohne Verkehr per Anhalter gefahren, aber es ging trotzdem gut, weil die Leute dort so nett sind und mich mitgenommen haben.
-Rocky Mountains: Ich habe den Sommeranfang beim Campen in den Rocky Mountains erlebt und die Temperatur fiel nachts auf -5 Grad (es ist natürlich nicht immer so kalt, es war hoch in den Bergen)”
-Rocky Mountains: sah einen Bären direkt hinter meinem Zelt laufen und es war sehr aufregend!
-Yukon: lebte einen Monat im Wald ohne Strom und fließendes Wasser (würde ich empfehlen ;) )

"It's so hard to say what I loved most but here are some of my highlights during my trip.
-Nova Scotia: I hitchhiked the Cabot Trail (panorama road) in winter with almost no traffic, but it still went well because the people are so nice there and gave me lifts.
-Rocky Mountains: experienced the beginning of summer while camping in the Rocky Mountains and temperature dropped to -5 degree during night (it’s of course not always that cold, it was high in the mountains)
-Rocky Mountains: saw a bear running directly behind my tent and it was thrilling!
-Yukon: lived one month in the forest without any electricity or running water (would recommend 😉 )"
