I visited Ute's home with a friend in winter. The house is literally at the bank of the Rhine River. We enjoyed watching the ships and barges pass by. The house is emmaculately clean and cozy. The house is spread out over 3 floors, with a winding staircase. (So if you have mobility issues, it could be difficult. But for others, the various levels offer incredible views and worth the climb!) The main bathroom is large with a big soaker bath tub. The master bed was so comfortable and the cozy down duvet made for a great, warm sleep.. Kitchen was spacious and had what we needed. The downstairs living room has a woodburning stove, and the patio has table and chairs to look out over the river. There is no washer/dryer, but the local laundromat is only a 10 minute drive away, so not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. I highly recommend Ute's home. I would love to return in springtime
