Now I make sure to always prioritize my own health and wellbeing by really listening to my own body and feelings and take a break whenever needed, and by clearly scheduling work and off-work time. No email, social media, or other work-related activities during off-work hours – time to unwind!"

He's now traveling & working remotely together with in Bali, Perth, and soon Lombok (Indonesia).
He has a very inspiring message and mission with his business, and I'm very excited to see where it takes him.
Here's what he says about his journey to launch his own coaching business:
"Over the past four or so years I have been heavily involved in the personal development space, investing over 900 hours of my own time studying the areas of psychology, mindset, travel, spirituality, biology, fitness and finances. What you may not know is that I am currently in the process of completing a coaching certification and I am now launching MY VERY OWN COACHING BUSINESS!
One of the greatest challenges I’ve faced on the journey to this point is staying true to my authentic self. A big part of that is not claiming to be an expert in all parts of life, nor that I can help everyone with all of their problems. My focus is on helping individuals who are in a similar position to where I once was; feeling stuck with where I was at the time, unmotivated, uninspired and unfulfilled. I knew deep down there was more to life, but I didn’t know what direction I wanted to head in, nor how I was going to get there when I decided.
On more than one occasion I have been in that compromised position, and whether it be through quitting my job to travel ✈️, changing my physiology at the gym 💪🏽, seeking support from those around me 🙏🏽, investing in a coach of my own 🍀, or some other combination of mind-body engineering, I have come out on the other side a much stronger human being. My aim as a coach is to help others come from such a position to breakthrough limiting beliefs, unearth their hidden potential, and engineer the mindset needed for lasting fulfilment”

How has the trip been in the past 6 months?! What’s Taiwan like? Bali? And what about Panama? How did you experience these places with a group of 16 complete strangers, to bring together different backgrounds, languages, interests, likes, and dislikes?! What were your best experiences, and what did you least enjoy? ⠀

You'll get these kind of questions so many times after your travels once you’re back home, but honestly… there are just no words that can describe such an experience 😅 It’s been amazing, exhausting, incredible, tiring, unforgettable, challenging, inspiring, stressful, and life-changing… all at the same time! Yes, full-time traveling can be exhausting, so we believe it’s important to take your time to recharge, and reflect on your experiences and personal growth from your journey. It allows you to look back, stand still, and be grateful 🙏🏽😌🌴

So these weeks we’ve been enjoying time back home with family & friends, before we take off to our next adventure! ✈️
