Right after IMEX we had the pleasure to host a group of American clients for a fam-trip in and in cooperation with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

Beside the amazing properties in both cities, we enjoyed together some sightseeing and culinary highlights.

Next month we will host several big events in Germany. First of all, we are looking forward to welcoming the world for the EURO 2024 in Germany from 14th June to 14th July. We are working on several interesting projects for hosting football associations, sponsors, fans and journalists from different countries during the tournament all over Germany. In addition to that, some German cities also host different pharma congresses and trade fairs. Here, we are happy to welcome new and regular customers in Germany.

It is always good to freshen up partnerships with a personal visit! Dinner at Trofeo restaurant at Classic Remise Berlin is always an excellent choice. Amazing food creations, lovely wines and a nice conversation with Marc Debourdon de Grammont can not get any better.
But to top it off, you have an amazing collection of vintage cars to dive back in time. Historic vehicles from European brands, which you only know from the movies… here they are real and if you skip dessert, you might be able to buy an old Mercedes from the 50ies?

This week it is all about Hamburg! One of our clients invited his sponsors and investors to the Hanseatic city with its maritim flair. 80 guests, mostly man, mostly carlovers so which location could be better than the car museum? After a short welcome reception the doors to the museum opened. It was a pleasure to look into the stunning eyes of all the guests. Whether they followed a guided tour or they explored the museum on their own, they all made unforgetable memories. Afterwards they enjoyed a deliciouse regional 3-course menu and discussed about business, cars and lots more... All in all a successful evening!

The Hofgut Sternen is located in the Black Forest region at the foot of the impressing Ravenna Gorge in the Höllental valley. It is more than just a hotel – it is an area, where you can discover different facets of the Black Forest. Immerse yourself into the local traditions and watch the cuckoo clock makers & the glass blowers at work. Travelling by train from Düsseldorf to Cologne is nothing special, but the experience starting in Cologne was unforgettable! Just arrived I met my guide from TIMERIDE GO! to start a magical travel into the past. At seven different locations, we experienced a 360-degree look back at the city’s 2000-plus year history in nine virtual reality scenes. It was a great feeling! I myself was an explorer and took part in the historical events. Try it yourself and have fun!

We did our first big event operation in Frankfurt in January, where we organized the kick-off meeting of one of our French clients. He invited employees from different European countries to a full day meeting at Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer to start the year 2024 together. On the first evening, they tasted regional food & beers during a dinner at a typical brewery restaurant. For the second evening, the employees started with an ipad rally for discovering more of Frankfurt & working together in international teams. Despite the cold weather all groups had a lot of fun. Then, they enjoyed a dinner cruise on the Main River with a unique view to the Frankfurt skyline.

On Friday, we operated our last big event in 2023. One of our German clients had their annual Christmas Party at Weitblick Eventlocation. The venue has been changed to a winter wonderland and created a perfect atmosphere for a unique event. The guests enjoyed a Christmas program, a 4-course Christmas dinner as well as a party with good music & dancing.
Now, we are looking forward to some quiet Christmas days to recharge our energy for many successful projects with our clients in 2024.

After our colleagues said goodbye to the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® participants in Stuttgart last month, the next Liberty crew came to town to welcome 150 guests from the Brazilian Association of Mercedes-Benz Dealers. Their journey began with a welcome dinner at the famous PIER 51 restaurant where guests were able to network and talk in a relaxed atmosphere.

The event continued with a two-day meeting with various speakers at the co-working space Design Offices Stuttgart Mitte broadening the participants' horizons for the future of work and providing a basis for a successful exchange between participants and the speakers. On the second evening, the guests were whisked away to the MASH event location, where the 50th anniversary was toasted, and the guests rocked the dance floor to fantastic live music. After the second meeting day, the guests rounded off their evening in Stuttgart's Ratskeller.

As Germany is very centrally located and offers many opportunities, the guests were surprised with a day trip to Strasbourg exploring a touch of France. At the farewell dinner, the guests were able to enjoy the last evening to the fullest in the CUBE restaurant with a fantastic view and a string quartet. We provided the client with an all-round service for the entire event and managed to create an incomparable experience for all guests and clients!

In November we organized a nice evening event with 150 guests in Düsseldorf in the Eventhalle of beautiful Classic Remise, a center for vintage cars. After a welcome reception in the foyer everybody was stunning at the beautiful classic cars, taking lots of unique pictures. The 4-course dinner was excellent and the DJ created the right atmosphere to feel good and dance. What do you think of organizing your next memorable event at this beautiful place?

It is all about wine at Dr. Pauly-Bergweiler Wine Estate in Bernkastel-Kues at the beautiful Moselle. The collection of Rieslings is very diverse. Grab the opportunity and organize a wine tasting with us in in the vaulted 18th century cellar as well as in the chimneycellar or the “baroque saloon”. At the beginning of November, our colleagues Karin, Barbara and Markus had the chance to immerse themselves into the world of STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® again. More than 100 athletes from 20 countries competed during 2 evenings of the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® World Championship in Stuttgart for the individual and team world titles. The Porsche arena was sold out and 6.500 spectators each evening created a unique atmosphere for exciting competitions. Our team was responsible for creating the event packages for dealer groups from all over the world in advance. During the event days, we operated 25 groups with over 400 guests and took care of individual transfers, hotel bookings, side programs as well as their VIP hosting on the spot. We are already looking forward to the next championships in 2024!

Something beautiful and challenging is waiting for you in the Hunsrück, which is nestled between the Moselle and the Rhine. Frankfurt am Main is not far away, so you have easy access. If you are looking for an adventure in beautiful nature surroundings do not miss the rope suspension bridge "Geierlay" in Mörsdorf. The bridge is 360 metres long and 100 metres high. We tried it ourselves and loved this great experience!

At the beginning of October, we visited the new Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich. It is located in the west of Munich, more precisely at the former heating plant in Aubing, and should open for the public in January 2024. Currently, the last works are still done but from 2024 the guests can look forward to a new unique event & culture location that combine listed industrial & modern architecture in one complex. The Bergson is a place of inspiration and creativity! Whether enjoyment, arts & culture, entertainment, further education, business meetings or networking - all is possible at 9 different areas. The venue has all competences from gastronomic to technical questions in house and can therefore create tailor-made concepts for all clients.
