Skiing and Yoga: Two disciplines. Two passions.
SkiYo links ease and technique, feeling and understanding, balance and breathing, focus and overview, power and flow.
The starting point within all sports and disciplines is core strength and balance. SkiYo uses simple and effective yoga exercises in combination with ski technique and ski training. It links the technical and physical demands of skiing with peaceful but powerful elements of yoga and meditation.

The "Downhill Dog Freeride & Yoga Camps" are designed to offer a po(wd)erful, but relaxed off-piste experience in the most stunning regions of the Alps. Freeriding with plenty of energy and no fear - but always safe!
Our professional guides will take us into mountain magic, to secret slopes and breathtaking runs. Together we will improve our off-piste technique and impart basic understanding of avalanche safety and the right line.
Basic elements of Yoga (balance, breathing, coordination, strength & flexibility) will bring ease and flow into your off-piste performance and enhance regeneration.
