👉 If you book a tour but change your mind, please cancel your booking🙏! After making reservation you will receive an email with a voucher that gives an option to “cancel booking.” When you cancel, you will not take a place in the group and someone else will be able to register and go on a tour🚶‍♂️.
👉 Free Tours are organized in English, Spanish, and German - depending on the season. We offer private tours in even more languages, contact us to know more ☎️.
👉 Please respect the guide and other travelers - be on time, while with the group don't smoke 🚭, don't talk loudly 📵 when the guide is speaking🙏.

⛔⛔ Free tours are designed for individual travelers and small groups only❗ Imagine you're traveling alone or with a friend and want to meet other travelers on a tour, but instead you are joining 10-15 people who already know each other, from school, from university. Would you like it? Hence, we can not accept parties of 8 or more people on our regular free tours and guides have the right to deny participation👮✋ to such groups. If you travel in a party of 8 or more book a Private Tour. Please respect🙏 our rules and respect other dear travelers⛔⛔
