Our Story

A family business that has started a little over 3 years ago. We have started with one apartment that is named Schulinska, in honor of owner Daiva who’s maiden surname was Šulinskaitė. We have now expanded from one to five different apartments with a parking lot, gym and a hang out area with arcade games, table games and more. What was our dream for many years is now becoming a home for so many of our guests that come every year. We are so happy to able to accommodate and provide service for anyone who wishes to experience Winterberg and Germany. We are happy to be given an opportunity to do what we love, what we are passionate about and we strive everyday to become better. We have designed our apartments to be cozy, homey, pet friendly and comfortable. We are currently working on two more apartments that will open their doors to you very very soon. We hope you will enjoy them as much as Celina, Schulinska, Eleonora, Nijole and Janina Loft.
