Last week, our leadership consultant Rasmus Thisted Højbæk hosted an inspiring session 💡 in Nuuk with 61 dedicated HR professionals and leaders from all kinds of industries.

They discussed some of the most critical concerns in workplace culture, such as:

➡️ How do we deal with issues such as exclusion and bullying?

"It was really special to see such openness and willingness to engage in dialogue about data-driven insights and human challenges," Rasmus shared after the event. "It's always inspiring to work with leaders who care deeply about creating better workplaces."

During the session, the participants looked at the latest trends and data on well-being in Greenlandic organizations. They left with some practical tools to encourage dialogue, inspire inclusion, and improve workplace culture.

I sidste uge havde vi fornøjelsen af at være værter for Danmarks HR-konference 2024 i samarbejde med Dansk Industri – og sikke en succes, det blev!

Årets tema var ”Mental sundhed på arbejdspladsen” – et emne, der fortjener al den opmærksomhed, det kan få.

Konferencen bød på to inspirerende dage fyldt med faglige indspark, heriblandt et spændende oplæg fra vores egen erhvervspsykolog og ledelseskonsulent Rasmus Thisted Højbæk. Han gav deltagerne værdifuld indsigt i, hvordan vi kan skabe rammer for mental sundhed på fremtidens arbejdspladser.

Et af hans key take aways handlede om stressens "smitteeffekt" i organisationer. Vidste du, at hvis en medarbejder er stresset, er der 28 % sandsynlighed for, at medarbejderens leder også er stresset? Og hvis en leder er stresset, er der 26 % sandsynlighed for, at lederens leder også er stresset. Tankevækkende, ikke?

Today, we're shining a light on a topic that affects us all: mental health in the workplace - which is great because, let's face it, we spend a lot of time there!

Workplaces that prioritize mental health create spaces where employees feel safe, valued, and maybe even a little less stressed.

After years of supporting and guiding hundreds of our clients, we've gotten pretty good at figuring out what keeps mental well-being and health on track:
