Growing up so close to Jotunheimen was a real treat. My family worked the Bygdin Hotel kitchen for a couple of generations – I could always sneak something from the pantry to put in my pack. The mountains were the best playground.

We still go there to play when ever we have a chance – summer or winter. Sometime we stay at the old "støl" Gamasama, a little below the treeline. The area is perfect for hiking, biking, skiing , motorcycle rides or just to sit still and take in the view. Let´s plan a trip or two for 2025. Are you in?

Når vejret alligevel er så gråt og kedeligt, kan man jo hygge med at lave noget lækkert til spisekammeret. Lidt billeder fra dagens røgprojekt. I morgen er det laksens tur.
Her er det grisenakkke og oksebov. 7 døgns koldrøgning afsluttes med en time med ild og varme. Sulten? 😜

This is a "pork-on-tunnbröd" kind of day. But even on an otherwise dreary day like today, rays of sunshine easily lift my spirit. Catching a ray in the forest is just enough of a break to make a quick lunch and a cup of coffee. The rain will return soon enough. Life is good. 🔥🤠🥓☕🚜🎄

A No Bu****it long term review of the new Himalayan, the bike we´ve enjoyed over the last seven month. First of all, an amazing value for money. A solid and capable allround adventurebike.

Now several other manufacturers are offering new models in this segment – smaller, less complicated, more affordable machines. Great news in our book – who needs 100+ horsepower and a full electronics package on an adventure bike?

Cant wait to hear what you´ll be riding, come season 2025!

Og.... siden vi er i Breaking News hjørnet, her er en lidt trist nyhed fra vores verden. Trail™ Organic Food giver op og selskabet er "under frivillig opløsning".

Vi takker Mikkel og Nikolaj for turen, for stor entusiasme og lækre måltider. Øv, det blev ingen success, men det er også en hård branche domineret af et par formidable konkurrenter.

Vi drikker en gravøl i aften og kigger i gemmerne, om der ikke gemmer sig en omgang "Creamy Chicken with Pearl Barley and Green Peas".

Great news on this Friday:
My friend and SKOG™ regular, Johan Skullman have managed to resurrect his Garphyttan Original™ brand!
The company closed down after keeling over on the canvas earlier this year, but is now back in business, thanks to Johan´s energizer bunny-like effort.

Cheers, Johan – good job! We wish you the very best of luck and look forward to see you by the fire in May!

Summer is so soon but a faint memory. Now, stuck in the Danish “winter” (rain, wind, sleet and mud) we live on the memories from summer moments. It wasn’t too bad- just much too short. Like always.

A few weeks ago, Segway Powersports invited a group Adventure Drivers and motorsport journalists to the Gobi Desert, Inner Mogolia in China – for "days of thunder" – presentation and hands on test of their new products.
The new 1000cc 97 hp ATV, and their fun Villain, and mind blowing 235–320 hp SuperVillains. Braaaaaap!

Segway Powersports inviterede Adventure Drivers og motorjournalister til Kina og Gobiørkenen, for at teste producentens nye produkter. Det.... blev en fest! ...
