“I went to France for the first time in 1986 and I was blown away by everything: the food, the language, the people, and the dazzling beauty of Paris. I stayed there for a whole month and regularly came back on visits, as my best friend lived there for five years.

My first time in the South of France was in the nineties, when I visited Nice and the small
villages nearby during a holiday. I started to explore Languedoc with my family in 2010, and we fell in love with the area. So much so that we bought a house there. We love how peaceful it is, how the French and Spanish cultures mingle, how many Michelin restaurants there are, how wonderful the weather is, and so much more.
