Rosenborg Castle
Built as a summerhouse in 1606, Rosenborg Castle was one of King Christian 4.'s many architectural designs. The true story is that the castle was much closer to his favorite pubs in town. He often got so drunk, he would almost pass out in King's garden where the Castle is built inside. When returning home from the pubs in the middle of the night, he would always grab his maids' behinds and try to sleep with them, so one day they decided not to work for him at night anymore. They left the key to the castle under one of the guarding lion statues' tongue, so he could lock himself in. They would occasionally find him sleeping on the floor in the morning. Still to this day, you can lift the lion's copper tongue and see the little space for the key.
