March 2023 Container -
First of all, let me start by saying during this entire period I have only been honest when responding to the many inquiries regarding this container. I have only relayed information as given to me from the Philippines.
Even though Brand Expert Freight Forwarder over and over again promised they would resolve what they neglected and in the end just abandoned the container and have stolen the money which was transferred, I did not neglect my part, nor did I abandon or wish for this container to fall in the wrong hands. I have ever since the beginning, worked tirelessly to get in touch with the right authorities to help me in all means possible.
Once abandoned by Brand Expert in December 2023 the container came under the jurisdiction of the government (Bureau of Customs - BOC) and therefore this was out of my hands. Yes it is correct that the container has been 'Auctioned'. These are the proceedings of the BOC once a container has been abandoned. This is not any ordinary Public Auction to whomever, but by sealed bidding. Meaning there is already an assigned authority who will do the bidding during the Auction. And yes the Auction took place Thursday 23rd May at BOC MICP Port, where my representatives were there to witness that the proceedings went accordingly as agreed with BOC. They are now waiting for the certificate from the Auction in order for the release of the container to take place next week. Deliveries will commence once the boxes have been discharged from the container.
Please understand and keep in mind that the Forwarder in charge and willing to deliver the boxes is only helping, and therefore not liable for the delay of the boxes. Customers may refer to our "Terms and Conditions" which they have complied to fill out and sign before the shipment departed Denmark.
I am aware that some customers doubt any information I have given and been accused of many things. I have been contacted at my home address and also received death threats towards me and my entire family, and I assure all that I have not taken any of this lightly and these cases have been filed with the authorities. I am sure that some will continue to spread rumors and twist my words according to what I have said and therefore this attached interview will confirm exactly what I have been saying all along.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all those who have stood by me, trusted, supported and never doubted me throughout this entire ordeal. I especially want to Thank the following - my Husband, Son, Daughter, Mother and Sister for your unending love, support and help. I would also like to Thank Ms. John Del Molina Broch, Sir Emil Carreon and Sir Noel Villaflor for being my representatives in the Philippines and helping in every way possible, even during their own busy schedules. To BOC Staff, Thank you for your help and patience with me for constantly following up for updates day after day.
I now hope that the deliveries will go accordingly once the boxes have been discharged from the container and please remember all parts outside of Metro Manila does take longer for delivery and not just one day.
