Networking Lounge Concept During an international conference, we designed a networking lounge featuring: • Talent Tunnel: An interactive passage where colleagues could explore the stories of the company’s new talents, offering insights into their backgrounds and aspirations. 👩‍🎓 • Statement Box: Cool box with banners showcasing the company’s core values and key messages, serving as an inspiring conversation starter and a cosy corner. • Espresso Café: To enjoy the perfect cup of coffee. ☕ • Multiple Work Zones 💻 • Dining and Networking Areas 🫶 This lounge was created to foster an inspiring yet functional atmosphere – a place where networking and collaboration could thrive during the conference. Transforming Events, Shaping the Future 🌟 We had the incredible opportunity to partner with Deloitte again for their Reshape the Now event, where innovation, collaboration, and inspiration took center stage! 🎤✨ Our team worked hard to bring this event to life, creating an unforgettable experience. From the moment the doors opened, guests were greeted with a high-energy opening show featuring a dynamic beatboxer and a gospel choir, setting the tone for a day of transformation and creativity. Throughout the event, attendees had the chance to explore inspiring insights from thought leaders, with three stages dedicated to powerful keynote speakers and panel discussions. Each session was designed to spark new ideas and drive forward-thinking conversations. 💡 And it didn’t stop there—attendees could also immerse themselves in an exhibition space showcasing the latest in technology and innovation, reinforcing Deloitte’s vision for reshaping the future. It was an fun to be a part of this event, creating an experience that truly mirrored the forward-thinking values of Deloitte. Looking back at 2024, more than 130 events, in 15 different countries. I’m overwhelmed of what my team has accomplished this year – they have pushing the boundaries of innovation and creating truly spectacular events. With their creative mindset, they consistently develop new concepts and designs, executing even the most challenging events with skill and dedication. Whether it’s moving 12 exhibitors and 1,000 delegates into the Opera overnight or managing six tailormade workshops in a single day, this team delivers, no matter the complexity or tight deadlines. The team are so hard working, but when you are a team, you never work or walk alone. ❤️ ❤️ None of this would have been possible without our brave and trusting clients – thank you! We’ve seen a growing trend of clients entrusting us to deliver events with minimal involvement on their part. That trust and partnership mean the world to us, and it’s what drives us to be even better. 💡 A huge thank you also goes to our amazing suppliers – you know who you are ! We are thrilled to share the success of our recent event at the Copenhagen Opera House for ServiceNow! With only a short set-up time, our team of 18 AV technicians, 6 crew members for expo, and 4 branding specialists seamlessly executed an incredible experience for 500+ participants. Proud of the hard work and collaboration that made this event memorable! ServiceNow rocks !!

In May, we were part of creating not only one but two beautiful events together with clients @noscomedmedicalsupply & @isclinical! To form a peak Instagrammable experience, the two sister events took place at the beautiful Steigenberger Hotel in Bonn and Hotel d'Angleterre in Copenhagen. Through bold creativity, special attention to detail and strong collaboration with the client, we were able to bring the two brands together in a beautiful brand symbiosis and give the guests a unique experience they'll never forget!
