We are thrilled to share the success of our recent event at the Copenhagen Opera House for ServiceNow! With only a short set-up time, our team of 18 AV technicians, 6 crew members for expo, and 4 branding specialists seamlessly executed an incredible experience for 500+ participants.
Proud of the hard work and collaboration that made this event memorable!

In May, we were part of creating not only one but two beautiful events together with clients @noscomedmedicalsupply & @isclinical! To form a peak Instagrammable experience, the two sister events took place at the beautiful Steigenberger Hotel in Bonn and Hotel d'Angleterre in Copenhagen. Through bold creativity, special attention to detail and strong collaboration with the client, we were able to bring the two brands together in a beautiful brand symbiosis and give the guests a unique experience they'll never forget!

Throwback to a timelapse of the setup-up of one of the biggest events we produced this spring - Salesforce World Tour Essentials Copenhagen 2023.

Scania celebrated their 60 year anniversary in Denmark with an amazing garden party at Knudshoved, facing the outstanding view to the Great Belt Bridge.
We had a strong focus on creating a sustainable event. Majority of the electricity came from a huge 22-ton power bank, all food came from local food suppliers, all the furniture were rented, and branding was produced from recycled materials.
On top of this our local staff were all volunteers and their salary went uncut to local sports unions.

A night in the Theatre
The venue Tinghallen in Viborg has a great stage and a huge backstage area. To twist things around we led the 200 guest’s through the backstage artist entrance, leading them directly to the backstage area and onto the stage. We used a truss as to create a wardrobe, lifting all coats up under the ceiling once the stage was used.
By using all 3 floors of the backstage corridors, where normally only stage technicians walk, we had our welcome speech reflecting time travel. We had spotlights on 7 different speakers, each representing a time period between the 14th and 23rd century.
Onto the next surprise: The red theatre curtains opened, revealing 26 tables, on which we projected tailormade visuals, contents and effects throughout the evening. Our masterpiece was an animation of the Town Hall square from “Back to the Future”, including a multitude of cool animated details.
Grundfos is an amazing client with great spirit and openness for creative solutions. We love it!
Super delighted to support our good Finnish friends from Caverion with their LeaderForum again this year! This time in beautiful Stockholm.
Branding, screen content and AV planning was part of our scope.
As for branding we use the re-usable window stickers which our client then could use in their office after the event.

Year 2022 has on many different levels been a ground-breaking year for Eventually. We started out with production of many virtual and hybrid events, leading into an explosive busy spring with face-to-face events. We have never produced so many events in such short time. We have also expanded our office with 260 m2 and have welcomed no less than 16 new faces to help us bring our event expertise to the table! We are full of energy and excitement towards the new year.
