PHAT CPH is a Thai eatery and cocktail bar in the heart of Copenhagen, located at the very beginning of freetown Christiania. PHAT means “stir fried dish”, in Thai, which has been the base of inspiration for our new menu. We serve heartwarming dishes, inspired from the street stalls of Bangkok and old family recipes. The transition from Cafeloppen to PHAT CPH emerged from an urge to celebrate “dow

n to earth” dining combined with an elevated gastronomic experience. Our team at PHAT CPH consists of young chefs, entrepreneurs and fiery souls, with a desire to create a workspace where creativity, community, democracy and last, but not least, sustainability are the core values. We are a non-profit restaurant, and the turnover is spent on creating a healthy workspace, increased sustainable, better work ethics and unity.
