with a new concept with significantly lower profit agency, none rate subsidies etc.. This means that we rent our houses such as the Netherlands 20% cheaper than many of our competitors, and we can give homeowners a higher settlement. We will not make money on the cleaning of the house, so the tenant pays significantly less and the staff who actually perform the cleaning, get a better payment. In short, no hidden surcharges, no higher value addition, no profit on cleaning, but a fair and transparent system for the benefit of homeowners, tenants and also the local jobs. With us you drive directly to the house and back when it suits you - there are no hours, you have to conform to, and therefore no waiting time for key collection etc.
