Hadler DMC Scandinavia only contracts event suppliers (catering, production, entertainment, staffing etc.) that fulfill the sanitary requirements established by the local public authorities. All event suppliers have to have in place a contingency plan adapted for Covid-19, and our members will revise and if necessary, discuss with them.

Hadler DMC Scandinavia and its suppliers will design upfront a contingency plan for the event so that the risk of infection before, during and after the event is minimized for everyone involved.
