We’re so proud of our reputation for amazing food, and it’s all thanks to our incredible team! Let’s show some love to the stars behind the scenes:
❤️ Erenia (on the left) is our head cook and has been with us for 9 years! Consistency is key in a great restaurant, and she’s nailed it every single day.
❤️ Minaura, our sister-in-law and assistant cook, is the artist of the kitchen, making every plate look like a masterpiece. Oh, and her Mangu? Best on the North Coast, hands down!
❤️ Gisela is the newest member of our crew. We’ve been so busy, we needed extra hands in the kitchen, and she’s been the perfect fit. We’re lucky to have her!
You might not see these amazing ladies often—they’re always hard at work—but you’ll definitely taste the love and care they put into every dish. 💕 Come visit us and feel the love, bite by bite! 🥰🍴
