As we exit from the Corona Coma, Sans Souci is upping her game. We now have new COVID-inspired cleaning protocols. We have added a backup water tower and expanded our back up power capacity. There are even TWO separate Internet providers to ensure we always have connectivity! To make it even better, we have ELIMINATED ALL FEES!! There are no fees for cleaning, extra guests or anything else. (You still pay for your own electricity, but we pay for all your bottled gas & even drinking water!). We have created the ultimate family-friendly, remote-work capable island getaway in the Caribbean!! Come check it out! 😎🌴

Mercifully, Sans Souci in LT suffered ZERO damage from Hurricane Irma! As this dreadful storm stayed well offshore, Las Terrenas was generally spared the horrific destruction found among our less fortunate neighbors. We lost some beach front restaurants & some trees, but on the whole, we came through quite well. If you are disappointed that your regular Caribbean destination will be out of commission this winter, TRY Las Terrenas! It could be your silver lining!

We replaced that ugly, skinny concrete pool border with a wider "Coralline" that matches the water feature. Note the sitting bench (aka pool bar) in front of the bungalow. :)

There are no all-inclusive resorts and no cruise ships! Just fabulous beaches, fantastic French, Italian & Dominican restaurants and lots of family-friendly activities. Go whale watching, ride horses to the largest waterfall, visit caves with 5,000 year old wall drawings, or just hang out on any of the many GORGEOUS beaches...

As this is our first year of operation, we have highly discounted pricing in effect for FB Friends who are willing to give us good reviews. The highly flexible floorpan of the villa works great for groups of 2-4, or 6 or 8. Prices vary according to the size of the group. In all cases, it is both much nicer and much less expensive than staying in a condo. Contact me directly for a detailed quote. If you'd like to avoid paying the 6%-10% VRBO & Air BnB booking fees, we can work that out, too.
