As owners of this amazing Villa in paradise, we understand your concerns about traveling out of the country. Punta Cana is a unique travel experience , sheltered on the eastern, southern tip of the Dominican Republic.

Punta Cana and its airport is privately owned. While the airport supports the entire region, encompassing Bavaro, Higuey etc. Our complex is gated and governed by on site owners who have and will make the best decisions to ensure the safety of all owners, guests and staff.

The actions of the owners at the onset of this pandemic has been exemplary. Curfews are still in place till June 30 th. Cases of Covid are minimal, the 2 million dollars the Owners and Punta Cana Foundation donated to the local hospital to help in this crisis of Covid has increased the health care system expediently.

Punta Cana airport will reopen July 1, 2020.

We have been missing all our friends and family in Punta Cana and look forward to once again welcoming you all to the Villa. We have always taken the health and safety of our guests and family seriously and continue to do so.

Our staff is eager to serve you and make your vacation at our Villa a memorable one.
No request is unreasonable at this time.

As many of you know we own this beautiful property in Punta Cana with family, which is an investment property, and a second home to us. A second home because of the people we have met and become close to over the last 5 years. While it was upsetting to see our beloved Punta Cana in the news and hear news of the horrible passings of people, we held strong to the belief that “something did not feel right”
It is surprising to see the words FAKE NEWS, this threw me, as we all have heard this term, a lot and lends us to think oh geez again..

However, please take a moment to read this article, it is well written and truthful. Our villa & Punta Cana will forever be a second home us, and we hope you come and enjoy the island as well.
