The founder of QCS and co owner Mark Rudek, is an American who owns several international businesses. He is bringing the American way of doing business to the Dominican Republic. He believes in Prompt professional Quality Calibration Services to ALL clients. He is firm to ensure that the customers of QCS are the number 1 organization for QCS. Mark Rudek had the concept when performing ISO audits in the Dominican Republic over 10 years ago. He found that the Dominican Republic needed accredited Calibration Laboratories to service its clients. He realized the poor quality of calibrations being made by laboratories who were not accredited, who were using obsolete and un-calibrated standards to perform calibration for their clients in the Dominican Republic when he was performing ISO quality audits. He has over 4000 quality audits worldwide for experience with over 35 years in ASME, Calibration and Quality control. He holds international accreditation's with his other 3 companies. Mark is a member of NCSLI, The National Board of Inspectors, The ASME, ANAB. He also holds positions on committees for the improvement of those Quality Standards which are implemented and followed internationally. Co Owner of QCS Calibration Services SRL, Carlos Dejesus has 23 years of calibration experience as a Calibration Lab manager. He works and supervises technician to ensure the technicians are trained and to ensure the methods for calibration which are validated are being implemented and followed by the technicians.
