People on our food tours often ask what food would represent Estonian Cuisine the most, and the answer is black rye bread, which has been the most sacred food item for Estonians already for centuries. So whenever visiting Estonia do not miss out the opportunity to give it a try. This is one of the best times of a year to head to the Lahemaa National Park area in Estonia. The weather is just right, not too warm not too cold, not that many tourists any longer around as the main season for tourism is slowly to end. Autumn colours around, peace, quietness, nature, you just yourself with your thoughts and impressions.
