Baltic Chinese Association (BCA) has over 500 memebrs that are service-oriented, non-political and non-governmental, as well as being the largest Chinese group of its kind in the Baltic region. The BCA was founded in 2013, and has been actively providing services for Chinese who live, study, and work in the Baltic countries (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia). Every year there are hundre
ds of Chinese from China coming to the Baltic countries. The BCA is focused on this network and making an effort to unite and help each and every one. The BCA has established its board of management and has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Helsinki, Tallinn, Tartu, Riga, and Vilnius. The BCA adheres to the united, democratic and realistic approach; aims at promoting Chinese culture; and sets the positive communication among Baltic countries as its highest priorities. Based on a principle of service to students and scholars, the BCA is working towards safeguarding their interests, enriching their cultural life, offering assistance while living abroad, building a platform for sharing ideas, and promoting academic exchanges. BCA is also actively cooperation with various universities and organizations in the Baltic region to promote Baltic higher education, tourism, culture and brainpower exchange.
