Will responsible for:-

See the contract between the company and the customer, review payment terms, guarantees and any other conditions, and keep the contract in files.

Follow-up to open the insurance file and pay the percentage of the contract's insurance.

Recording the contract value with the assistants and customer reports as a guiding item.

Issuing an internal memo to the bank accountant to issue the letters of guarantee related to the terms of payment if the contract stipulates that.
