Smart Careers was founded in 2013 by two passionate career counselors. Working extensively in both the private and non-profit sectors, the founders gained a great deal of experience and bolstered their education. They believe in the importance of educating the masses and teaching them the concepts of Financial Literacy, Business Planning and guiding them to find suitable careers. Their ultimate go

al is to have their programs taught through formal education in Egypt and the world. They started by preparing their own curriculums and educational programs that are based on their career development facilitation training and the concepts of Financial Literary they adapted from the writings of Robert Kioysaki. They tested their programs on small pilot groups in public schools and different NGOs for two years. They spent 4 years from 2010 till 2014 to optimize and adapt the foreign concepts of Career Development and Financial Literacy to suit the Egyptian culture. Currently, they own a tested and verified educational curriculum that educates children from 8 to 18 years the concepts of Career Guidance, Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship. Smart Careers now specializes in providing career guidance and academic coaching services. It also serves children and teens through educational programs at their schools.
