Our family villa is situated in Garb Aswan, on the westbank of the Nile in the village of El Quba. The village is lying on the foot of the hills that contain the Nobles tombs from the times of the pharaohs. From the centre of Aswan you will always spot this landmark, especially at night when the lights shine on the hills. A local ferryboat is crossing to the other side of the Nile and in a 5 minut

You can also drive around over the Aswan bridge in a beautiful drive that leads you through kilometers of Nubian villages on your right and the green fields along the Nile on your left in about half an hour. If you are coming from the airport you might reach the house by desert road in about 20 minutes.
