House rules:
1- No smoking inside the unit.
2- No redecorating.
3- Mixed-groups are not allowed.
4- Receiving extra guests is not allowed, only the people agreed upon before booking.
5- Tenants are charged for their electricity and water consumption separately.
6- A security payment of one night is requested to cover for any losses or above average consumptions, 30% for periods longer than 4 day
s.
7- Cleaning and sterilization fees (500) are not included in the rent and are not optional due to quality standardization.
8- Treat the place as your own home and keep it clean and beautiful.
9- Any rule break results in insurance deduction. Check in instructions :
•Check in after 12:45pm.
•Make sure the host checks the property with you and answers your inquiries.
•Inspect the place as soon as you check in for any remarks or notes, so that it would be handled on spot, after which no notes can be made. Check out instructions :
•Check out before 11:30 am.
•Remember to take all personal belongings
•Do not leave any unwashed dishes or personal usage items.
•Take the garbage out before leaving.
•Place any used sheets and covers in the washing machine.
* It is preferable that tenants bring along their personal bed sheets and covers for safety and hygiene purposes.
10- all tenants must submit their ID scanned copies at least 4 nights before the arrival date to be sent to La Hacienda security.
11- Payments must be done at least one week before check in date, Reservations are not made for same day requests.
12- No refund on short notice.
