📍The Tahya Misr bridge in the Egyptian capital is considered 'the widest suspension bridge in the world'.
The Cairo authorities asked the Guinness Book to record its measurements among the world records: 65.235 metres wide, which is larger than the Port Mann Bridge in Vancouver, Canada.

📍 Bab Zuweila is one of three remaining gates in the city wall of the Old City of Cairo.
This monument of rare beauty is part of the city wall built in the Fatimid era. The holy month of Ramadan is the best time to walk around this area and enjoy the decorations and the colourful lights of the traditional lamps called fanouz.
