YLF Leaders League is the first and largest competition that brings together student activities from all universities nationwide, in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development and Egypt's 2030 Strategy.

We were honored by the presence of our dear guests Dr. Angie Reda, Dr. Ahmed Ragheb, Dr. Ahmed Monib, Mr. Youssef Hafez & Dr. Khaled Kirah in ExxonMobil’s talk.

They made sure to honor Mr. Amr after he finished his talk by awarding him as a special memory, appreciating his huge efforts to help the students.

Your presence added and meant a lot to us.

We would like to dedicate all our appreciation and respect to Mr. Amr Abou-Eita ExxonMobil Egypt Chairman and Managing Director who devoted his time to us to give the talk to the students.

Mr. Amr is such an inspiration for every student as he was in their position one day, as he holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from the University of Ain Shams.

Mr. Amr‘s journey after college began with pursuing postgraduate studies then joining the Egyptian Railway and Quest International as a junior Engineer, receiving a Master's degree M.SC. in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management, Limburg. Then joining Mobil Oil Egypt in 1998 where he started his career in commercial sales.
In March 2020, Mr. Abou-Eita was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of ExxonMobil Egypt.

What a journey that anyone could look up for!

As the orientation day continues, the participants got to listen to the success stories of the winning teams from the past years!

We had Areeg Mohamed 1st Winning Team (2020) and Mina Selwanes 2nd Winning Team (2020).

We also had Engy Mohamed 1st Winning Team (2021)

We had the 1st Winning Team (2022) and we had Fares El-Ansary 2nd winning Team (2022).

They all gave amazing advice and tips for our participants this year on how to be one of the winning teams. Their talks were very informative and motivational.

MECA Academy’23 Case-Study Orientation Day!

It’s time for the next phase which is the case-study, Where the participants will have the opportunity to work on a project to apply what they learned in the session phase.

The case study topic was announced by Mr. Bassem Ali, Mr. Mohamed Nabil and Mr. Mahmoud Attia. The participants had the opportunity to ask and discuss with ExxonMobil’s experts About the topic.

The Faculty's Student activities sector and Faculty student union, with the collaboration of MECA, are delighted to announce that Mr. Amr Abou-Eita the Chairman and Managing Director of ExxonMobil Egypt, will be presenting a seminar on Sunday, March 19th, 2023, at 11:30 AM in the main Auditorium Hall.

Mr. Abou-Eita is not only an esteemed guest, but also a son of the Mechanical Power Department at the university, holding a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from the University of Ain Shams.

He has held different positions both locally and internationally, including Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Business Planning and Strategy.

We are honored to have Mr. Abou-Eita as our guest speaker and we’re looking forward to his talk.
