Role Responsibilities in SAP B1 ERP Application (5+ Years’ Experience):
• SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10) versions experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2, VMWARE EXSI.
• Experience and knowledge in Administration, installation, migration, backup and restore.
• Experience and knowledge in Hana Studio administration and knowledge in High availability, failover, takeover concepts, switching between primary and secondary server,
• Experience and knowledge in SAP Business Functional areas and supporting in the areas of Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Landed Cost and Finance & Accounting process.
• Experience and Backend Support in End to End SAP B1 Implementation Projects process.
• DTW, FMS, UDF, UDT and UDOs creation and maintenance.
• Creating SAP SQL Query reports enhancement and developments.
• Creating Crystal Report enhancement and developments.
• Creating PLD layout enhancement and developments.
• Creating the Procedures and Trans notifications.
• Managing Add-on’s attached to the application.
• Export and import schema in order to prepare Production and Test systems.
• SAP B1 error log and rectification support to users daily basis.
• Help to monitor the day-to-day running of the IT systems and infrastructure, identifying any problems and escalating them as appropriate – helping to get the issues resolved
• Talk with users to understand and document their requirements and processes, then take those requirements to configure systems accordingly and design internal processes that can run efficiently
• Help to research, explore, and test releases of existing and new software and get them implemented across the business promptly
• Managing the relationship with the 3rd party SAP partner
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement across the systems landscape
• Communicating with the end-users of the company and providing some training in SAP B1
• Support to all SAP B1 users as first level problems solving and inquiries Coordinates communication and the resolution of complex issues with overseas ERP support teams
• Manages projects including planning and ex*****on of enhancements
• Manage communication with external vendors to ensure smooth systems operation
• Manages Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, User Training etc.
• Proactively review existing systems and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Supporting the New project implementation team being offshore.
Role Responsibilities in Oracle R12 ERP Application (10+ Years Experience):
· Manage SCM Modules such as Oracle Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Discrete Manufacturing and part of Financials modules such as Accounts Receivables, Payables, Landed Cost Management, Fixed Asset, Sub Ledger Accounting and General Ledger.
· Additional Experience and knowledge in oracle HRMS, payroll, time & labor, ESS
· Map the additional business requirements as per business change request.
· Interact with users to solve the problems.
· Co-ordinate with implementers during implementation at setup configurations.
· Deal with oracle support (Service Request) to get solution which cannot be solved internally, Apply & Test at test instance, then apply at production instance.
• Installation EBS R12.1.3 with 11.2.0.3 Database on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x 64-bit
• Platform Migrate from Windows to Linux EBS R12.1.1 with 11.1.0.7 Database.
• Update RUP 12.1.3 with AD Patch, Autoconfig, Rapid Clone, Middle Tier(iAS and Tools) and Database Patches
• Perform Periodically EBS R12 Clone system from production to development using Rapid Clone.
• Co-ordinate with Oracle Support for technical issue through The SR.
• Install, Configure and troubleshoot Linux, Windows for Oracle Database 10gR2 and 11g, EBS 11i and EBS R12x.
• Daily/Weekly routine operation of Backup, Cloning, Monitor storage and Ensure the System behavior
• Maintain the oracle EBS and database with utilities, manage, monitoring file system and tablespace storage.
• Resizing the SGA and tablespaces, added data files as when necessary
• Patching R12x EBS Family Pack, Cumulative patch for OPM, OM, PO, INV, GL, AR, AP, FA, and Consolidated Patch
• Create an Identity system from production to development or test system in periodically using Rapid Clone.
• Purge concurrent manager request, User monitor, Workflow logs, Middle-Tier, Temp files, and database logs.
• Run ADADMIN to compile APPS schema, regenerate forms, reports, generate Jar files.
• Registering, uploading reports and editing RTF & RDF report templates.
• Form Personalization In required Forms and fields.
Adding menus, Functions, DFF Segments & Values.
