Our assignment as Hospitality Consultants comes from staggering properties once they realize the need for help... but more so from very successful properties, ambitious enough to seek outstanding performance with cutting-edge excellence.

We are commissioned by owners or managers for On-Site Inspection & Analysis (in 'Mystery-Shopper' fashion) to give them outsider reports on which they, in turn, take action.

Our only condition to carry out such missions is that we remain Mystery-Shoppers (anonymous clients) even to those owners or managers who appointed us; they are intentionally kept unaware of our presence unless we so require.

* We report and numerically grade room conditions, services, people and attitudes, staff know-how and training needs, also food, hygiene and security; to mention only a few of a very long list of other Hotel Operations, including Back-of-the-House conditions that might have effects on general performance and/or costs.
* We look into possible money waste (such as food, over-staffing, storage, power, etc).
* We look into cost effective quality improvements and/or money-making potential which Owners/Managers/Marketers might overlook - some because of lack of vision or experience, but mostly due to overwhelming day-to-day operations which plagues them with a disease or phobia we like to call the “No-See Syndrome”.
