El desfile dorado de los faraones tendrá lugar el 3 de abril
La fecha está fijada para el Desfile Dorado de los Faraones, donde se transportaran 22 momias por las calles de El Cairo desde el Museo Egipcio en Tahrir hasta su nuevo hogar en el Museo Nacional de la Civilización Egipcia. Este será un evento único en la vida planeado hasta el más mínimo detalle para garantizar el transporte seguro de estos artículos tan valiosos, al tiempo que brinda una apariencia acorde a la grandeza de nuestros antepasados.
Es de destacar que el número de momias y ataúdes que serán transferidos son 22 momias reales, que datan de las dinastías XVII, XVIII, XIX y XX. Hay 18 momias de reyes y 4 momias de reinas, incluida la momia del Rey Ramsés II, el rey Seqnen Ra, el rey Thutmosis III y el rey Siti I, la reina Hatshepsut, la reina Mert Amon, esposa del rey Amenhotep I y la reina Ahmose-Nefertari.

The date is set for The Pharaohs’ Golden Parade, where 22 mummies will gracefully roam the streets of Cairo from the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir to its new resting place in the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. This will be a once in a lifetime event planned to the smallest of details to guarantee the safe transportation of such valuable items, while also providing an appearance befitting to the greatness of our ancestors.
It is noteworthy that the number of mummies and coffins which will be transferred are 22 royal mummies, dating back to the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasty, there are 18 mummies for kings and 4 mummies for queens, including the mummy of King Ramses II, King Seqnen Ra, King Thutmose III, and King Siti The first, Queen Hatshepsut, Queen Mert Amon, wife of King Amenhotep the First, and Queen Ahmose-Nefertari.

La Pirámide de Djoser, también conocida como la Pirámide escalonada, un sitio que forma parte del patrimonio mundial de la @UNESCO, se volvió a abrir el 5 de marzo, después de una restauración de 14 años y casi $ 6.6 millones.
Uno de los arquitectos más famosos del antiguo Egipto, Imhotep, diseñó la pirámide hace más de 4.600 años para albergar el ataúd del faraón Djoser.
Decidió, por primera vez, construir a lo alto. Él ideó una nueva estructura hecha de seis capas de piedra que se hicieron más pequeñas a medida que ascendían. El producto final estaba destinado a ser una escalera al cielo.
Fue el primer edificio hecho de piedra y condujo a Egipto a construir pirámides más famosas, como la Gran Pirámide de Guiza.

The Pyramid of Djoser, also known as the Step Pyramid, a @UNESCO world heritage site, was reopened on March 5, after a restoration took 14 years and nearly $6.6 million.
One of Ancient Egypt’s most famous architects, Imhotep, designed the pyramid more than 4,600 years ago to house the coffin of Pharaoh Djoser.
He decided, for the first time, to build up. He devised a new structure made of six layers of stone that got smaller as they ascended. The final product was meant to be a stairway to heaven.
It was the first building ever made of stone, and led the way to Egypt building more famous pyramids, like the Great Pyramid of Giza.
