Q1 What is this page all about ? A: It’s abou
t a motorcycle riding school where experienced, licensed motorcycle riders will teach you how to ride a motorcycle. A: It’s called BANDIDOS Motorcycle Riding School and it’s the first school like this in Egypt. We are an independent motorcycle school that is not affiliated or associated with any other company, group or club. Any similarity to any other school or company is just a coincidence to our selecting the name. A: We are a true bikers that live our daily life riding our bikes so we are professional riders that can offer you to learn not only how to ride but how to be a biker and we provide the bike to learn to ride on even if you already have your own bike. Q4 What does this school offers? A: We offer a riding course that includes learning and practicing the necessary skills to be able to ride your own future bike, if you don’t have one right now. Q5 What do I get for my money in this course? A: -You will learn all the basics to ride any type of motorcycle;
-We will provide you with full safety gear to wear while you are learning;
-We will provide our own beloved bike “Milos” for you to learn to drive and to practice on;
-You are going to receive a paper that includes all riding safety conditions and group riding signs and signals to ensure your own and each group member’s safety;
-You are going to have 8 sessions, each session is 1 hour and the last session will be “the Graduation cruise” ride. Q6 What kind of a safety gear will you provide? A: We are highly concerned about your safety and success. Our main priority is your safety. We will provide professionally cleaned between clients:
-Helmet -Elbow protectors -Knee protectors -Gloves -Reflective vest (for night riding)
Q7 What kind a bike will I be riding to learn on? A: A great, brand new, top-of–the-line bike with an engine of 150cc. Q8 Why did you choose this kind of bike? A: We chose this model to fit all our learning purposes and safety concerns. An engine of 150cc will be very easy to control from any person at any age due to the small engine power and size. More importantly, it is very light in weight that makes it very easy to balance using less effort which makes it very easy to ride, plus it has an easy shifting gear box pattern which makes it very easy to shift. It is the safest bike for a new biker to learn on. For comparison, bike engines of experienced riders can range from the starting 150 cc all the way to 1800 cc, the largest engine on a motorcycle you can find. So, think of Milos as less than 10% the power of the largest engine you could buy or rent to ride. Milos is perfectly safe and easy to control. Q9 If I learned how to ride this bike, will I be able to ride any other kind of bike? If you can ride our motorcycle then you can ride any other type of bike with any different gear box shifting pattern, such as racing bikes and dirt bikes, for example. Even some cars have different shifting patterns, but in the end it’s the same way of driving (you have to make manual shifting to change gears while driving) and same way of having a shifting mechanism. Q10 What about the road safety rules and riding signals ? A: We are going to give you a sheet of paper that has all the road safety rules and different riding conditions, also will be included all groups riding formation signs and communications so you can always have a reference guidance that you can go back to and check until they become second nature. Q11 How many sessions would I get ? A: You are going to have 8 sessions each being 1 hour and the last session will be the “Graduation cruise”. Q12 How long will the whole course take? A: It will be 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks. Mainly sessions will be during the weekend, but we will also make it during the week upon request. We will try to be flexible as much as we can. Q13 What do I have to do if I want to cancel a session? A: You just need to give us 24 hours notice in advance so we can manage our own time and reschedule your session. Q14 What will happen if I didn’t show up for the session without 24 hours notice? A: We will be very sorry to charge you for the session as if it was taken. It costs us money and time to be there for you if you cancel as we cannot offer the time to other clients; plus you will waste the opportunity for practicing skills learned to date as well as learning the new skills. Q15 Where are we going to learn? A: We thought about this and we believe the best place to learn is the same place that has the same rules and conditions where you are going to ride your own or a rented bike; so, we have multiple safe zones, open streets, closed streets, squares and parking lots so you get used to practicing and learning in the same atmosphere and conditions you are going to ride in normally. Also we will require some night sessions to make sure that you can ride anytime anywhere. Since we are based here, most of places will be in Maadi . Q16 What is the “Graduation Cruise”? A: The graduation cruise is the final ride with us and it will represent your graduation from our school. It will be a long cruise that has all kinds of roads and road conditions such as speed bumps, traffic and highways. By this time it means that you can ride anywhere, anytime and we will be sure your feel as confident in your command of the bike and we are in our skills to teach you to ride. We are going to use the latest techniques of teaching to start with anybody from any level, so we will be glad to have you whatever level of experience you come to us with. Q19 After taking this course will I be able to pass the state department
motorcycle riding license test? A: We assure you after our course including the graduation cruise, you will find the state department riding license test will be like walking in a park.
