ttable one. From the Kite Tribe brand stems two concepts; "Kite Tribe Girls", all inclusive week-long women's camps, and "Kite Tribe" private or group training, for men and women alike. Whether you join a camp or take private lessons, our years of living in El Gouna ensure that you will have an amazing holiday. We provide professional kitesurfing lessons in a comfortable environment and brand new equipment, with maximum 2 students per instructor. Kite Tribe knows all the hot spots, on and off the water. Trust us to organise all the added extras for your holiday to make it special. Even when there is no wind, EL Gouna has a lot to offer! Our Kite Tribe Girls camps aims to bring together like-minded women from around the world to the shores of El Gouna, to learn kitesurfing or build on their previous skills. The week-long 'girl's camps' offer a holistic experience; everything carefully organised from the moment you arrive right till the end of the week. You will be collected at the airport and dropped off at a beautiful, lagoon side villa - your home for the next 7 days. You and your fellow kitesurfers will hit the water daily, with equipment rental or storage for your kites included. Our qualified instructors will be there in the lagoon with you! El Gouna offers a wide variety of no wind activities, from hiking in the desert mountains, to snorkeling, to wakeboarding, yoga, SUPing and quad safaris. These activities are all included in the package you have booked! Kitesurfing by day...party by night! Many restaurants around El Gouna display a range of cuisines that cater to any taste preference. The nightlife in the Marina and Downtown guarantee fun nights out. - Friendly, caring, team player
- Hard working and eager to learn
- Prioritises safety above all else
- Commitment until at least December 2023
- A willingness to work on and off the water

Based in El Gouna, we are a small international team who have been operating since 2017! Our team is made up of Swiss, New Zealand and Egyptian nationals. We mainly provide kitesurfing lessons and rental in El Gouna but are expanding to Kite Safaris and other destinations. Best known for taking the utmost care of all of our guests and welcoming each person as a member of our Tribe, we also have a strong reputation of high quality services for kitesurfing and foiling.
