MAWARED for Training and Capacity Development (MTCD) registered as a limited liability company, was founded in 2012 to support and strengthen NGOs and civil society organizations in Egypt and in the MENA region. We train and build the capacity of CSOs and their staff through tailor made programs or p***c workshops conducted by highly qualified consultants who have extensive related experience. We
also seek to support young professionals to increase
their prospects for sustained employability through our
‘lifelong learning’ program. The Lifelong training program is meant to fill a much needed gap in the training sector, through offering public workshops that provide learners with technical skills in different areas. These workshops/courses are meant to enhance employability and raise skills, facilitate career shifts, and introduce participants to new topics and fields.
