Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in selecting and booking travel packages, flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
* Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences, budget, and travel interests.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
* Stay informed about travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to provide up-to-date information to customers.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in the travel industry is a plus).

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels specific to the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a primary focus on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic to the website.
* Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) for social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with brand voice.
* Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (paid and organic) to achieve targeted goals for customer acquisition and ROI.
* Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, and other digital platforms.

* Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure competitive rates and availability.
* Handle reservations, bookings, and logistics for tours, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and meals.
* Provide personalized customer service and support before, during, and after the tour to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on destination information, travel trends, and local regulations to provide accurate and timely travel advice to clients.
* Maintain detailed records and documentation of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
