Amphipirion bicinctus - also called Red Sea Clownfish

Always liked by people and very special when it comes to their habitat the anemone.
The anemone protects the clownfish from predators and provides food. In return the clownfish protects the anemone from predators and parasites.

Did you know that the bigest and most aggressive fish is female. Only this one and the highest male in the hierarchy reproduce. All clownfishes are born male and can change to female when they mature. Isn't this amazing?!

Help searching for Diadema Setosum

What do they look like?
Diadema setosum (Leske, 1778) has extremely long, black, hollow spines. It can be distinguished from other species by five characteristic white dots on its body. Another distinguishing feature of the species is the presence of a bright orange ring around the a**l cone on the upper side of the body. However, some individuals lack the white dots or the orange a**l ring (or both), although the majority have them.

Almost completely disappeared
Dead and dying Diadema setosum sea urchins were observed off the port of Kastellorizo in Greece for the first time in July 2022. The situation now is a mass mortality event, spreading at great speed from the Mediterranean into the Red Sea from where the Diadema sea urchins originated. Until recently, up to 30 animals of the crepuscular and nocturnal species could be found per square meter of coral reef. In the meantime, only a few animals can be found along the coast from Aqaba to Eilat, extending to the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula and also on the Saudi Arabian side. What impact this will have on the coral reefs in the Red Sea is not yet entirely clear. However, experience from the Caribbean and other regions suggests that the coral reefs, already so stressed by climate change and warmer water temperatures, will change.

Diving relieves stress. The water reduces symptoms of stress and diving improves the bodys circulatory and respiratory system. The divers mind is soothed. As your body is underwater weightless it gives you a feeling of peace and contentment. Despite this it has a lot of social benefits and gives a lot of travel opportunities.

Spinner Dolphins are mainly found in the southern part of the Egyptian Red Sea. They are forming big pods up to 150 individuals. This will give them protection for potential predators.

Spinner dolphins are small cetaceans with a slim build. Adults are typically 130–235 cm long and reach a body mass of up to 79 kg.This species has an elongated rostrum and a triangular or subtriangular dorsal fin.Spinner dolphins generally have tripartite color patterns. The dorsal area is dark gray, the sides light gray, and the underside pale gray or white. Also, a dark band runs from the eye to the flipper, bordered above by a thin, light line.

If you pe*****te the wracks you see what they were carrying long time ago
Before the dive you will get a briefing and hear what happened to the specific wrack and from where to where they were supposed to sail. All in all a very nice experience and worth trying
Hope all divers will try it once
