Patient Condition:
The patient presented with severe polytrauma, including:
Bilateral temporal & frontal hemorrhagic contusions with surrounding edema
Midbrain hemorrhagic contusion (focal hypodensity)
Skull fracture
Right renal injury
Right tibial fracture + right distal radius fracture (post-external fixation)
Multiple facial fractures
Right rib fractures
Fractures of L2-L5 transverse processes
Mechanically ventilated for respiratory support
