dinary project was created by a brilliant Egyptian architect with the philosophy of protecting the environment, recycle and upcycle various materials that were used to build the whole complex with minimal environmental impact. The complex consists of 23 residences overlooking the swimming pool and surrounded by beautiful palm trees, each unit is fully equipped with A/Cs, TVs; fully functioning kitchens, some studios are only equipped with microwaves and fridges if you are planning to eat outside. Our residences were built using several 40-foot long recycled shipping containers that are stacked to form two stories. The containers were skillfully refitted as apartments of various sizes. Our guesthouse consists of fully functioning studios and duplexes up to 4 bedrooms. We offer an apart-hotel concept, where our guests can choose to stay for a weekend or months at a time. Our modern units are designed to provide the privacy and convenience of a residence while still getting the vacation vibes of a hotel. Our apartments offer well-lit space and insulated comfortable accommodation that will appeal to our visitors. Our private vacation sanctuary provides a chilled-out atmosphere with homely comfort.
